I have have very bad luck with family health problems and am now on a budget. I want to retire to Panama (alone). I have looked at hundreds of sites, and El Valle appeals to me most, even thoug basicaly out of my budget. I would like to rent a house 2-3 months, and if it works out, and I can afford it, I would be interested in trying to purchase the house. I do not smoke and do not allow smoking in my house. I do not drink, except for an occassional glass of wine. I am very handy with repairs and can take care of most small problems. I treat all houses, especially belonging to others with utmost respest. I have owned houses for 39 years and have never had even a small scratch.
