The house has been rented but is still for sale. The new tenants are Raul and family, the owners of El Valle’s local pizza parlor, Pinnochio’s. They have signed a one-year lease, so I would ask any new owner of the house to honor the lease. Raul is very handy and has already begun making small improvements (like re-painting the front gate), so any buyer will be getting a very well maintained house.
By the way, Raul is also the owner of Punta Rojo real estate. He shows many houses in El Valle for sale and for rent, and he chose my house to rent for himself. So think about that
